BlueHost.com offers one set of Hosting Features and four ways to pay. All Hosting accounts are paid for upfront and in full at sign up. All Setup fees are non-refundable. All accounts canceled in the first 30 Days of service qualify for a *full refund at the monthly rate.
Example:Two Year 24 Month Account is $7.95 a Month x 24 months = $190.80 paid at sign up. *If you cancel in the first 30 days Your refund would be $190.80
All accounts canceled after 30 Days of service qualify for a prorated refund at the monthly rate.
Example:Two Year 24 Month Account is $7.95 a Month x 24 months = $190.80 paid at sign up. If you cancel two months into it then you would be reimbursed at the $7.95 a month rate for a period of 22 months. Your prorated refund would be $7.95 x 22 = $174.90.
When canceling your BlueHost account prior to your accounts end of term; you forfeit the FREE domain registration [12 or 24 month accounts] and BlueHost deducts $10.00 from your final refund amount to cover our costs for registering your NEW domain on your behalf for one year.
You will retain ownership of your domain until the end of it's registered period.
*If you cancel within 5 days, you will get a full refund and the domain name will be released.
If you cancel after 5 days but within 30 days, there will be a $10 fee (for the domain name) deducted from your full refund. You will get to keep the domain name and the hosting price is refunded. Domain names can only be cancelled and refunded within 5 days.

The gist of it all is the longer you commit yourself for, the MORE you save.
Would I ever consider leaving Bluehost? Yes if someone offered me A LOT MORE of things I would use for A LOT LESS price.
However, once you get sites established it is a pain to move them unless there is a very good reason.
I have found no reason to move. It is a lot of work to move your sites for a few dollars savings and then you find out that the new host doesn’t have as many FREE addons as Bluehost!.
They keep making improvements.
They offer A LOT of features and choices.
No limits on how much space you use!
No limits on number of domains you can host.

The price is right.
Most sites that are cheaper are cheaper for a reason. They may be slower to come up or less reliable.
The host I had BEFORE Bluehost was down for 3 days and we were all panicking because no one could purchase from us or see our sites. I only paid $4.95 per month but it was not worth saving $2 per month and having your site go down!
That is when I found Bluehost. I did a lot of research which I enjoy doing because I want to get the best value for my dollar.
